After - Filter Support and Discharge

afterfiltersupportanddischarge.jpg

The filter has 3 methods of dust discharge. 1-no dishcharge but the dust is stored in the hopper and was designed for a capacity of 8 tonnes. 2- dust is expelled via the rotary valve and into the screw conveyor and along into an FIBC bulk bag. 3- the dust is discharged through the rotary valve and also through the screws drop through section (a slide valve opens below the screw) back onto the conveyor. A solenoid controlled air purge prevents the dust inside from settling.
